Refunds & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Tharwh subscription at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing — you keep full access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

Tharwh is a digital service that provides immediate, continuous access to analytics. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial or unused portions of a billing period. Because you retain access through the end of the paid period after cancelling, no pro-rated refund is issued.

Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year, using your saved payment method, until you cancel. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your plan may be downgraded to the free tier until payment succeeds.

All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include 15% VAT. Any VAT charged is reflected on your receipt.
